A survey on the most influential multinationals in China in 2004, jointly
organized by the Shanghai First Finance Media Co., Ltd (FFMC) and the
Horizon Group, was released yesterday in Shanghai. Twenty Chinese and
foreign multinational companies including Amway, Coca Cola, Carrefour,
Sony and Haier were on the list due to their "strong and friendly" image
in the mind of Chinese people. It was the first survey of its kind that
has been conducted in China.
